for preworkout use PeptoPro. Now if you want to lose bodyfat just stick with straight up PeptoPro. if you want to gain muscle take the peptopro with oatmuscle about 1/2 pre or with rilose (its new, should be up today on the site) with peptopro 30 grams of rilose and 10 grams of peptopro.
Postworkout take the Rilose with the PeptoPro again with 2 grams of creatin p-12.
During the day and night take our "advanced formula" with aminogen.
That is good to start with.
I would also recommend the following.
If your trying to gain muscle when possible mix the advanced muscle gain with oatmuscle..this really helps.
except for maybe at night.
In the morning I also take some form of fruit and veggie powder. As of right now we USED to carry the anabolic FVG but I wasnt completely happy with it. I am working on something new..In the mean time use barleans greens powder.
Next get yourself some fish oil gels or krill oil. neither I sell.
Get hemp oil from us if possible and use at least once per day.
Finally supplements. Nothing beats a good Test supplement. our unleashed we have been carrying for years, its proven time and time again...themyogenx by roberts is brand new, people are seeing fairly good results.
What NOT to use
1) stimulants like caffeine
2)weight loss products, most of them are just amphetamines which release cortisol.
3) if you want to use weight loss use CLA, whey light, or 7 keto
4) NO supplements are complete bullshit
5) prohormes, those supplements that have chemical names, you have to be crazy to take these things, ALL come from CHINA, no regulation
6) Any form of creatine with the excpetion of creapure, degussa, or kreakalyn (creatine p-12). Everything else comes from CHINA, once again no regulation.
