Beef Liver Question!

Liver is almost like a vitamin, I contains high levels of a certain b vitamin. Much more is written about it in Nelson MOntana's bobybuilding truth book. Its a good basic supplement. But from a large stand up company..I think NBTY sells a good.

Yea that is cool, you can swallow those things frequently. As long as it doenst give you any stomach problems you are good to go.

Universal's been making liver tablets for decades. They're the ones I use. Good stuff. Keeps iron levels good in the blood...great source of aminos...overall energy is slightly higher. I take 4 tabs with each meal.
