Correct Measurements

When I recieved the order, the Advanced formula and Big Blast came in bag but with no instructions as to how to take them.

I'd like to know How many grams you can use with How many ounces mixed?

I also want to know the time to use it before a workout (Advanced formula) and after the workout (Sonic Protein).

Is the gram/ounce mixing the same for non-workout days?

To tell you the truth I don't if I'm mixing too much or too little, so please help.

Use 1/3 cup of the Advanced and 1/2 cup of the big blast. take these two whenver you feel like it. try to get some form of protein every 2 to 3 hours.

Take the sonic of course post workout.

The dosages are the same for non workout days. Protein is for recovery.

Is that like a regular "cup" or the the little cup that came with the Sonic Protein supplement?

With how many ounces of fluid mixed with the ingredients?

the 70 cc is equal to 1/3 cup. so yes the sonic will do.

The fluid does NOT matter. that is just taste preference. if you mix less water the taste will be strong. More water, less the taste.
