Anabolic / Anit-Catabolic Formula

Can this be used as a part of a fat loss plan? The description seems to fit, but it does have 11 grams of sugar per serving.

Any opinions?

no i wouldnt...I would incorporate something else like a custom formula.

Ok, I am just getting a little concerned with price. can you suggest a good fat loss formula that isn't to expensive?

25% rice olgidextrin
25% oatmuscle
25% victoria milk protein
25% whey protein concentrate or biofresh.
you could even toss in some omega muscle

how about this? I usually add my own carbs.

40% Bio Fresh
30% Vic. Milk
15% H. 1400
15% Omega

Also, Alex, I know you play hockey twice a week. I guess that is like my basketball that I play. I was wondering what do you have after you play? I am always confused whether I should have mostly carbs, protein / carbs or protein only?

I also try to get protein and carbs. If its hot (like it is right now) I have lots of water. peptopro and whatever carb im in the mode for. Usually I have HRS or some sort of juice in my frig
