i usually try to get 1.5 g of protein per pound of bodyweight divided into how ever many meals im eating. as for ur question of continuous fat loss and muscle gain, sounds to me like ur doing everything id recommend. sometimes our gains just plateau and we have to adopt a new regimine just to shake things up. also i think if u do too much cardio ur body has an adaptive response and u could actually begin to lose muscle..ie marathon runners..just my opinion
