any1 else using so called german volume training? ive been using for 6 wks and have put on 10 # of quality muscle. gvt training consists of 10 sets of 10 reps, 1 exercise for each body part. for example deads for back, squats for legs and bench for chest etc. 50-60% of ur 1 rm. try it if u haven't..it seriously works
