lol. yea dont listen to her... just make the formula you want. she always makes wise cracks like that about my formulas i want to make.

Is the lab better to use than just buying a pound here and a pound there of something else? More cost effective, convinient, effective? I've been kinda afraid to use it!! Mabey im just a wimp!

Yes and no...

You can really get crazy with the lab and easily walk away paying 15-20 a lbs for protein...which sounds insane when you think about it (although it is really really really good protein).

However, a good idea is to look at the formulas already, well, formulated. They cover just about every angle in terms of what you could come up with in the lab.

In the lab however, you can tweak the percentages. I usually like about 20% of the plasma and I think most of the formulas contain 15% at most.

That's good to know. I think I might be brave next time and try it. I wanted to try the superplasma just not a pound of it. By the way, I think I took something like it several years ago and it tasted like rawhide, does superplasma taste as bad?

In about 2 weeks or 3...we are launching a new section on the website that is going to be really cool. For experienced buyers of PF powders you wont really need it, (you are the far and few), most people that visit our site have no idea what they are buying or what to buy. Some dont even know what a whey protein is. There fore this new section of the site will help them order.

Then after that is the PROTEIN LAB. I got alot of feedback on what needs to be improved (from the message board members thank you very much) and we will make the improvements. that should be about end of July...August.

Super plasma is plain in taste.

oooh! Wonderful! Sounds delicious...although anything would taste better than rawhide, well, mabey not liver!...my grandmother got liver and onions at a resturant one time...it was gross, she gave me the leftovers to feed to my cat and he wouldn't eat it...it was funny! super bovine is chalky... you cannot take it 100% it will clump up. i always use 5g in every shake i make because i buy 1-2 pounds at a time separate from the forumlas i make.
