#1 you got too much cardio. Your gonna lose a ton of muscle mass.
The key to losing bodyfat is too eat right and train with the weights but intensely.
Eat right. Eat low gi carbs, like yams, taters, and anything natural. Keep your protein high.

For supplements always have
1) a good protein supplement. check out the penta, advanced muscle, and the CFM
2) good carb supplement. Oatmuscle, flat out #1
3) good veggies greens and fruit powder.
4) good fats, fish oil (we dont sell), krill oil caps, hemp oil (we sell)
5) Dx7 vitamin supplement.
Personally I got use ANYTHING coming out of CHINA. Right now CHINA sucks. The cell-mass stuff contains CEE which is make in CHINA. STick with Kreakalyn instead made in the US.
Fuck the cardio. pump the iron taking only 30 seconds rest. I guarantee after 30 minutes you'll be wanting to quit. One thing I do for example for arms is this....
get a barbell that you can do 12 reps with. go to the cables and set it up to do tricep push down. Then for 5 mintues straight (no resting) go back and forth between barbells curls and tricep pushdowns....8 reps each. dont go to failure....this will be the hardest thing you ever did for arms.
