. . .2nd, I previously ordered my own basic protein mix fr PF (Cavallaro, Cynthia, Bloomfield, NJ), which you can check out. . .I'm on a different mission @ this time. . .less than 2 yrs shy of 50th = serious workouts w/trainer, AGAIN!. . .my goal is to lose some upper body fat, gain some new muscle mass, not only for aesthetics, but "real strength"=I'm a massage therapist & I like to work w/the "big guys" so I need to take care of self. . .I believe I narrowed it down to the Intermediate WL MRP. . .(5'1" @ 130 lbs, BMI=? no pinch test done). . .GLUT PEPS>Yor N?. . .AMINOGEN>Y or N?. . .I don't think I require the ATP>Y or N?. . .& I will probably sweeten w/stevia>Y or N? If not stevia, should I get it unsweetened & order Rilose?
