Well I know one thing for sure: Eat every two to three hours (6 to 7 times per day). That's an absoloute must if you want to pack on muscle. If you don't have that kind of an appetite, the MRPs that you can get from Protein Factory are awesome and so high in quality. NEVER MISS ONE OFYOUR 6-7 MEALS. It can be embarrasing at times, but carry an emergency MRP with you wherever you go in case you get into a jam with no time or place to eat. Good luck!
