Alex, let me know asap if it meets your "tough" tasting criteria. . . I'd love to add something like this to my cooking . . . I cook for my trainer & several others. It's so hard trying to "reinvent" the wheel so to speak when it comes to cooking for you guys . . . athletes, that is. . .average Joe Schmoe's will eat anything!! good or bad for them . . . that's why more than 1/2 the male population is walking around with their guts hanging over their pants . . . (& that goes for females, too. . . I just never want to turn into one!)

Plus, I was curious about what form of protein you used and if you added healthy fats for a natural consistency.
