Alex,

What do you think of muscle milk?

a buddy of mine is a strength coach for the University of Tennessee. He was asking me about quality supplements and I of course mentioned the protein factory. I gave him your website and told him to get in touch with you to advise him on what he is looking for with his athletes. He is probably looking at a post workout recovery drink and pre workout drink both with sufficient amounts of BCAA’s and Glutamine. I think the Pepto Pro product would be a must for him as well as the Whey Fraction and some Super Plasma. I told him to check into your HRS carb for a workout drink to keep his athletes hydrated.

He is also looking at Arginine but I thought you may introduce him to your Vigor supplement. I also think Liquid Muscle (Glycerol) is a good supplement to take pre-workout to keep muscle tissue hydrated.

Also, do you have any way of adding additional Leucine other than just the BCAA powder?

I copied Brian on this e-mail as well. He also needs to make sure nothing he gives the athletes violates NCAA rules.

Do I get a cut of any of the referrals I give you? - Just kidding. Thanks for the help. Take care.

Thanks for the referral. I think muscle milk is all smoke and mirrors with a fuckin unreal flavor system. (the only problem I got with it flavor wise is the acesulfame, its got a nasty aftertaste). I think its pretty much a whey protein, dietary fat, flavor system product. With the price of it, I highly doubt any of those ingredients are at a level where they will actually do anything. If you want something that tastes really really good, that is it.

Unfortunately I think it would be a poor choice for athletes. Unless you goal was just to get them to get protein somehow. But if you are looking for a competitive edge, no. no point.

Youre right with the PeptoPro and the HRS. Unfortunately I have to discontinue the HRS. I replaced it with the RILOSE. You could do something like 70% RILOSE and 25% 1400, and 5% PeptoPro, even with some kreakalyn.

I really cant add leucine to anything.
