this was mentioned by someone awhile back but i think its worth mentioning again. if u just cant get ur calves to grow try this. use approximately 60% of ur 1 rep max whether u choose seated calf raises, leg press calf raises, or what ever, do as many slow controlled reps as u can. rest no more than 10 sec. and continue. repeat as many times as it takes for a total of 75 reps. remember no more than 10 sec. rest between mini sets. ive been using this technique for several months and have had more calf growth in this short time frame than in the past several yrs. give it a try. also effective for ab training, weighted crunches, decline weighted sit ups etc
