hard to say since every1 is different and no studies i know of show how much is too much. hence i always err on the side of more. i typically have around 35-40g per shake including bedtime shake but that figure just fits when i allocate my daily protein intake. sometimes i go as high as 60g-80g of protein per shake depending on how i feel. i dont think any1 knows what dosage is "correct". just my opinion
