i need a routine for my biceps, back, and most defintely triceps.
right now i do 3 sets of each body part and 3 excercises each. but i dont know how to develope a nice good tricep. matter fact the only things i do with tricep is the pully machine, dips, push ups and any other excercise that envoles it.
running, loosing excess fat is still my main goal so i dont expect to get big/defined but i would like to know and definitely need better routine/work outs than what im doing now.
