Hey Jon. Took me bout 4 months to drop the weight and I'm 46 yrs. On the mod question Alex just asked me if I'd be interested. Alex was having a ton of spam and as a mod u can delete and ban unwanted users

Deron, what's up? I read your reponse of you weight loss. Congrats. If you don't mind me asking how long did it take you? Also, how old are you? Age has a lot to do with it. Did you use any other supplements with the protein stacks?
