Down to 186#, around 12% BF. Hopefully with my combo of strict diet, cardio (lots of interval training, jogging, plyometrics, etc.), weight-training, and a bit of creative pharmacology , I'll hit my goal of having a single-digit BF %age (8-9%) by the end of the year.

Wow, that's awesome! Great job! I have been having some muscle injuries worked on so I have been out of weight training on upper body for 5 weeks now..able to do legs but it's all good because the way I eat I will stay the same.

Yeah, it's been 11 weeks and I've cut almost 50#. Got about 20# to go to hit a BF of around 10%.

Wow, that really is a restricted diet! But not hard really, I don't mind veg and protein being only meals..would really have to plan well though. Congrats on the weight loss, sounds like you are on a mission!

so did some reading on that ketogenic diet, seems pretty strict. Is it hard to follow? 8 weeks, you should see some great results! If you get a moment, can you give me what you eat for a day? I eat pretty clean and plain...not many carbs from the sources they say you shouldn't have so I'm wondering If I could follow it. Thing is, will you keep the weight off once you are done and start to incorporate the carbs back in your every day diet? Thanks

hey doctor dan, i had just got my medicate card and i havent even had a physical check up in yeeaaarrs. i was wondering if you could refer me to a doctor that i can see on a regular basis. who also accepts medicate. i really want a check up and see where my health is at. and my skin condition. appreciated, thanks
